i am so suay yesterday leh.

i missed a step while climbing the stairs, gained my balance and tripped again.

4 bangladash were walking down the stairs and saw me lo! so malu can.

when i reached the hotel, then i realised its bleeding. sobs sobs.

i had to walk with a limp thru out the whole day lo. summore with my heels.

then theres this guest, early check out, supposed to have rate change during his stay.

but dunno why no action trace was left, and rate continued to run $400++ when its supposed to be $300++. checked with the one check him in, said cannot find any supporting and confirmation. WHAT THE HELL?

i am so lazy to continue the story. but after this theres still alot of things that went wrong.

gst was so super mad that he said he will not be coming back to the hotel anymore.
